i have been clenching my jaw like a motherfucker so i am attempting to consciously relax my body when i’m sitting or laying down and jfc i’m so tense

@bee can I offer a simple trick that helped me a lot?

@bee put your tongue on the roof of your mouth and then push until your jaw is more open

I mostly do it when I'm sleeping or otherwise am on my side or something, but even throughout the day it's a simply 3 second thing I've gotten into the habit of doing that helps me unclench my jaw
