so the day i started t i felt energized as fuck and decided to lift weights for the first time in like 6mos on a whim

and i’ve been doing it every night since.

i feel so fuckin good y’all. i am fully divorced from cardio, that shit hurts and makes me hate my body. weights tho? some gentle yoga mixed in? 15mins a night before bed? i’ve been doing it every night for three weeks and i have MUSCLES! yes! 🙏

like shit i love touching my biceps, i love feeling my thick asf thighs get thicker with my gains, i love this feeling. i am fat and i am strong and it feels so GOOD!!!

that being said my joints are really trying to convince me they can’t take it but i’m being slow and gentle and focusing on form. i’m really trying to give my body it’s best chance to grow at its own pace.
